Jacoby Online is a digital edition of fragments and testimonia of Greek historians, and other authors from antiquity. Although the works of these historians are now lost, we still have passages in the form of citations and paraphrases in ancient texts that are preserved.

Jacoby Online is anchored in the work of Felix Jacoby, who started the work of collecting fragments and writing commentaries. To his Die Fragmente der Griechischen Historiker I-III (1923-1959) are added two new editions, Brill's New Jacoby (2006-2021) and Brill's New Jacoby - Second Edition (2016-), both edited by Ian Worthington.

Felix Jacoby himself was unable to finish the collection, but in the 1990s, the work on Die Fragmente der Griechischen Historiker resumed, resulting in FGrHist Part IV, currently edited by Stefan Schorn, and FGrHist Part V, currently edited by Hans-Joachim Gehrke and Felix Maier.

This is the online version of the complete critical edition by Dr M. Van der Valk of Eustathius' commentary on the Iliad of Homer, composed between 1165 and 1175. The world-famous Van der Valk edition was originally published by Brill in 1971-1987. It traces the development of the text from its origins in Constantinople to its final redaction in Saloniki, carefully distinguishing the numerous additions made by Eustathius at various times to the margins of his own working manuscript. This edition includes an extensive critical apparatus and the comprehensive Latin preface of the original print publication.

This online publication offers a new text edition of Eusthathius' commentary on Homer's Odyssey, composed between 1165 and 1175, as well as an English translation of the text. Eric Cullhed (University of Uppsala) and S. Douglas Olson (University of Minnesota) offer an up-to-date standard text, critical apparatus and English translation per book. Books 1 and 2 are now available. Two new books per year will be added.

Byzantina Australiensia Online is the online edition of the first 20 volumes of the series Byzantina Australiensia a refereed academic series dedicated to publishing high quality scholarly work in the field of Byzantine Studies. Its primary focus is translations and commentaries of ancient source material, as well as the publication of conference papers. The volumes were originally published between 1981 and 2014 by the Australian Association for Byzantine Studies.
